The oath breaker knight isn’t showing up in act three for me so I’m locked out of oathbreaker skills and respecing with withers. Kill an innocent friendly npc. I was mean to a Gnoll (Helped a Halfling keep the Gnoll under control to keep the peace) and broke my Oath of Vengeance oath. Reloaded, killed the Gnoll and the Halfling, Oath Preserved.
