Take a disposable rubber glove, take one of the fingers and push it up through the opening where you put your had in, blow the glove up (make sure that the finger that is inside out stays inside out) once the glove is blown up tie the top (or wrap it in tape) once this is done put some lube or cream in the inverted finger and go to it .
